Extended 90-minute sessions offer additional time for deeper therapeutic work, including trauma processing or EMDR, when a slower pace and more integration feels supportive. EMDR and other modalities may also be used within standard session lengths as clinically appropriate. Extended sessions are optional and scheduled on an as-needed basis.

Therapy could last a few months or longer, depending on the nature of the challenges we’re addressing. The important thing is that we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

I do not operate In-Network with insurance companies, but I do provide a monthly clinical superbill for Out-of-Network reimbursement. This allows you to submit it to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I also accept payment via Health Savings Accounts (HSA), debit, credit, cash, and check.

No. Faith-based counseling is entirely optional and only incorporated when requested by the client. Therapy is welcoming to individuals of all backgrounds and belief systems.
